What is Digitizing?

Digitizing is the process of converting your logo, picture, or artwork into a stitch file that an embroidery machine can read. A regular image cannot be stitched directly onto an item.

How much is the digitizing fee?

Digitizing is charged separately from embroidery. The fee depends on the detail and complexity of your design and will be included in your quote before your order is confirmed.

What are your business hours?

Monday-Saturday: 9 AM- 6PM Sunday Closed Messages received outside of business hours will be answered during the next business day.

What is your turn around time?

I do offer same day embroidery depending on what it is. Timing may vary depending on the size of your order, design details, and item availabity. Your completion date will be confirmed when your order is placed.
